Programme Synopsis
The Executive Graduate Diploma in Applied Organisation Psychology is design to focus on the psychological issues and human factors that affect the organizational function as a whole. The organization psychology is a specialization in the field of psychology and it includes training, assessment, performance review, leadership, job analysis, selection criteria and change management. Human factor plays a key significant role in an organization for its success and progress.
The course will impart the theory and research in organization including the factors affecting human behaviour with great emphasis on effective human communication skills. The modules cover an indepth understanding in identifying the role of human behaviour and to develop ways of improving them to work towards the organization mission. This course provides you the opportunity to understand self and others at workplace to create a harmonious working relationship and well being, including professional recognisiton and progress.
This programme is highly recommended for all working professionals, managers/executive working in HR or any other related departments or organization including for those who work in the fields of social services, healthcare settings, human resource management, counselling and other related fields. Programme Structure & Duration
The Executive Graduate Diploma in Applied Organisation Psychology is 18 months part time programme. We have day time and evening classes. The Executive Graduate Diploma in Applied Organisation Psychology will award you 120 Credit Accumulation Transfer (CATS) points in order to gain the Diploma awarded by Mind Map Business School.
Entry Requirement
It would suit working personnel, professional candidates, and graduates with Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or relevant certificates or equivalent. Applicants with other experiences and / or qualifications will be considered on case-by-case basis.
